District Rules Require Registration of All Wells and Permitting of Certain Wells. Before any new well may be drilled or completed it must be registered with the District and receive specific authorization to commence drilling.

Application Forms

• Well Registration Application
• Test Hole/Well Registration Application (a drilled hole used to obtain information on geologic and hydrologic conditions for groundwater exploration.)
• Agent Authorization Form (if needed)

Non-Exempt Well Permit Application Forms are available through the District Office only
